How to Reach Us on Holidays
During the holidays, when our support team is unavailable, we recommend the following:
- The Exact Hosting Knowledge Base is available 24/7 for troubleshooting solutions.
- Submit a support ticket through our Help Center. Our team will respond as soon as possible during our next business day.
- Our chat support will also be available with limited hours.

Support pin verification
The Exact Hosting support PIN is required to verify customer accounts. Providing the support pin to Exact Hosting agents will allow us to examine the account more closely and share details and proof of ownership.
The support pin is located within the client area while logged in.
- Open the client area, click Account, and then Login.
- Enter the username and password then press Login.
- The support pin is shown after successfully logging into the account.
Submitting a verified support request
We will require a verified support request to process the following:
- Updates to your account settings.
- Host record or name server updates.
- Open the client area click Account, and then Login.
- Select Open Ticket.
- Fill out the required fields, and press Submit.
Note: Once you submit a ticket, you will receive a confirmation email to your account email.
Initiating a live chat
A live agent is available for support in chat for our customers.
Note: If you already have an Exact Hosting account, we suggest signing in so the chat will be associated with your account for updates and convenient access.
- Click the Chat button located towards the bottom of the page.
- After filling in the required details, press Start chat.
