Incoming server settings
Webmail can be accessed through webmail.telapowered.com

| Type | IMAP or Other. |
| Protocol | Choose IMAP or POP, depending on your needs. Note: IMAP is preferred for most situations. |
| Incoming Mail IMAP or POP Mail Server Name | mail.telapowered.com |
| Secure Password Authentication (SPA) | Must be set to off. |
| SSL/TLS | Set to on or auto. Note: SSL/TLS is required for security. |
| Incoming Server Ports |

| Username | Your Tela Powered email address. |
| Password | Your Tela Powered email password. |
Outgoing server settings

| Outgoing SMTP Mail Server Name | mail.telapowered.com |

| SSL/TLS | Set to on or auto. |
| Outgoing Server requires authentication | Set to yes. Use the same username/password as incoming. |

| Password | Your Tela Powered email password. |
