Support pin verification
The Exact Hosting support pin is required to verify customer accounts. Providing the support pin to Exact Hosting agents will allow us to take a closer look into the account and share details and proof of ownership.
The support pin is located within the client area while logged in.
- Open the client area, click Account, and then Login.
- Enter the username and password then press Login.
- The support pin is shown after successfully logging into the account.
Submitting a verified support request
We will require a verified support request to process the following:
- Updates to your account settings.
- Host record or name server updates.
- Open the client area click Account, and then Login.
- Select Open Ticket.
- Fill out the required fields, and press Submit.
Note: Once you submit a ticket, you will receive a confirmation email to your account email.
Initiating a live chat
A live agent is available for support in chat for our customers.
Note: If you already have an Exact Hosting account, we suggest signing in so the chat will be associated with your account for updates and convenient access.
