Webs email client information

Webs email portal is accessible directly using your email address and email password, but if you prefer, your email services can be connected to your email client software using an IMAP or POP3 connection.  Specific setting information is required for the email software to function correctly.

Receiving mail setting

The username is your full email address, and the password is what you set up in the mail services section of your Webs account.

  • Outlook email settings for Outgoing Server Check the box that reads: "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication".

Each port depends on what specific setting was chosen in your email client software i.e. if IMAP was chosen, select the IMAP port number.

Note: The authenticated SMTP username and password are the same as your IMAP and POP username and password.
