Disabling the registrar lock on a domain

Registrar lock is a feature provided by domain registrars that prevent unauthorized domain transfers.  Removing the registrar lock is essential before the domain starts the transfer process.

Disabling the registrar lock

1. Log into your Exact Hosting Portal.
2. Select Domains.
   
   
3. Click either the Active button or the wrench icon to access the domain admin page.
   
4. Select Registrar lock on the left panel and then Disable Registrar lock.
