Two-factor authentication support guide

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account.  Our 2FA service can be enabled or disabled at any time within your account.

External apps like Google authenticator or Duo syncs the code on your device and will be required to log into your account.  You'll want to download the app on your device before proceeding.

Enable 2FA for your account

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. In the upper right corner, select the Hello,  drop-down, then Security settings.
