In this guide, we will cover the process of upgrading and downgrading a cPanel account in WHM. This will help manage accounts that are growing and need the hosting package to grow with them.
Login to WHM on your server and then find and click “List Accounts”.
1. Type in the domain name.
2. Click Change plan
Upgrade/Downgrade an account
On this screen, you can select the appropriate hosting package to upgrade or downgrade.
