The Calendar tab in Exact Hosting Webmail lets you create and view multiple calendars, schedule one-time and recurring events, set reminders, and invite participants. This article walks you through managing calendars and events.
How Calendar fits into Webmail
Calendar lives next to Mail and Contacts in the Webmail sidebar. You can invite people from your address book to events, attach files to events, and choose a default reminder behaviour from Settings > Preferences > Calendar (see Using the Webmail Settings Menu at Exact Hosting).
For an overview of how every Webmail tab connects, see The Complete Exact Hosting Webmail Guide.
Calendar views
Calendar includes four views you can switch between at any time:
- Day
- Week
- Month
- Agenda
You can choose your default view, time slots per hour, working hours, and other layout preferences in Settings > Preferences > Calendar.
Before you begin
- A working Exact Hosting Enhanced Email mailbox. You must be signed in to Webmail.
- Optional: contacts in your address book. Add the people you want to invite to events first. See Using Webmail Contacts at Exact Hosting.
