Email DNS records and mail client settings

You will need to connect your domain by way of two records to use our email services.
  • a Mail Exchange (MX) record
  • a Sender Policy Framework (SPF) record

We have two servers for enhanced email, cluster A and cluster B. The letter next to the product listing indicates which server your mail service is on.

Locating your enhanced email Server

1.  Log in to your account.

2.  Click on the Services icon.

3.  You'll see your Enhanced email server listed in parentheses.

Note: Sometimes, you may just see enhanced email without any letter; if that's the case, it defaults to server A.

Host record entry

After you find your server, you can connect your domain to the DNS records of your webmail service. This step may differ depending on where your domain is registered. If your domain is not registered with us, you must consult with your registrar provider.
