Getting Started with Exact Hosting for EnomCentral Customers

Welcome to Exact Hosting. Exact Hosting is your new service provider for domain names and email addresses, following an agreement between The customer and Exact Hosting. This guide explains what changes, where to access your account, and how to manage your account information, payment methods, invoices, and service cancellations.

Exact Hosting is a trusted provider of premium domain registration, owned by Tucows Inc. Established in 1993, with Tucows as a wholesale registrar since 2001, Tucows is the largest wholesale domain registrar, dedicated to exceptional customer service and pushing for positive change at every level of the internet.

What is happening?The customer is transferring domain, billing, and management services to Exact Hosting. Customer billing is moving to Exact Hosting, so you need to add your billing details to your account.
How are you notified?You receive an email advising that your domains are transferring to Exact Hosting. You also receive a welcome email from Exact Hosting with instructions for logging in. Services do not appear in your account until the transfer happens.
How does Exact Hosting support customers?Once you receive your welcome email, you are part of the Exact Hosting family. We manage your domain and account.

Note: Customer billing is moving to Exact Hosting, so you need to add your billing details to your account after you log in.

Accessing your account

Manage all of your services from the Exact Hosting client area.

  1. Open the client area.
  2. Click Account, then Login.
  3. Enter your email address and password.

Updating primary account information

Your primary account information should reflect the owner and manager of services for the account. Exact Hosting uses this information to verify account ownership.

  1. Open the client area, click Account, and then Login.
  2. Select Account details.
  3. Update the relevant fields.
  4. Click Save changes.

Managing your payment method

Exact Hosting offers auto-renewal for services when a valid payment method is on file.

Important: Our team cannot accept credit card details by email or phone. Manually updating your payment method is the safest way to ensure services renew.

Add a credit card

  1. Open the client area, click Account, and then Login.
  2. Select Billing, then Payment methods.
  3. Click Add new credit card.
  4. Enter the required fields and click Save changes.

Remove a credit card

Credit card information on file cannot be modified. To update a card, remove it and add a new one.

  1. Open the client area, click Account, and then Login.
  2. Select Billing, then Payment methods.
  3. Find the icons to the right of the card in question and click Delete.
  4. Click Yes to confirm.

Paying your invoice

All invoices can be managed in the Exact Hosting client area.

  1. Open the client area, click Account, and then Login.
  2. Click Invoices.
  3. Select Unpaid next to the desired invoice.
  4. Click Pay now.
  5. Enter card information if none is on file and click Submit payment.

Canceling services

Services can be canceled within the Exact Hosting client area. To cancel a domain, disable auto-renew — the domain will naturally expire and leave your account.

  1. Open the client area, click Account, and then Login.
  2. Click Services.
  3. Find the service you want to adjust and click anywhere on that row.
  4. Click Request cancellation.
  5. Briefly describe your reason for canceling, check the confirmation box, select the cancellation type, and click Request cancellation.
