What’s Changing?
Effective February 9th, 2026, hosted services previously managed by Chillidog Hosting have transitioned to Exact Hosting. For now, nothing will change about your hosting, pricing, or support. You can continue to submit tickets and inquiries as always, and Exact Hosting will follow up with more details in the coming weeks.
What Stays the Same
- No interruption to hosting services
- No changes to products or pricing
Please note - While we are working to migrate credit card information, this process may take several weeks and, in some cases, credit card details may not transfer successfully.We recommend that customers re-enter credit card information to ensure payments can be processed without interruption. - Websites, applications, and infrastructure continue operating as usual
