Effective February 9, 2026, hosted services previously managed by The customer have transitioned to Exact Hosting. For now, nothing changes about your hosting, pricing, or support. You can continue to submit tickets and inquiries as always, and Exact Hosting will follow up with more details in the coming weeks.

What stays the same

  • No interruption to hosting services.
  • No changes to products or pricing.
  • Websites, applications, and infrastructure continue operating as usual.

Important: Re-enter your credit card details. While we are working to migrate credit card information, this process may take several weeks and, in some cases, credit card details may not transfer successfully. We recommend re-entering your card to ensure payments process without interruption.

What is coming

  • Billing and account management will move to Exact Hosting systems.
  • Future service communications come from help@exacthosting.com.
