Manage account

Within the Exact Hosting account you can manage your WordPress installation if you would like to complete any tasks on your own.

Disk usage

1. Log in to the client area.
2. Select services.
   
3. Press Active to enter your service.
   Note: SSL provisioning may take up to 24 hours.
   
4. Press Disk Usage.
   
5. A display of your site statistics will be listed.

DNS Zone Editor

1. Log in to the client area.
2. Select services.
   
3. Press Active to enter your service.
   Note: SSL provisioning may take up to 24 hours.
   
4. Press DNS Zone Editor.
   
   
   
5. Hit the Pencil to edit.
   
   
   
6. Press Create DNS Record if you want to add a new record.
   
7. Fill in your desired zone and hit Create.

Domain aliases

1. Log in to the client area.
2. Select services.
   
3. Press Active to enter your service.
   Note: SSL provisioning may take up to 24 hours.
   
4. Press Domain aliases.
   
5. Hit Create Domain Alias.
   
6. Fill in your desired domain alias and select Create.
   Note: Domains have to be registered with a valid registrar to become an alias.  It will not function unless the desired domain is pointed to your DNS servers.

Domain aliases edit

1. Log in to the client area.
2. Select services.
   
3. Press Active to enter your service.
   Note: SSL provisioning may take up to 24 hours.
   
4. Press Domain aliases.
   
5. Hit Edit.
   
6. Toggle enable, fill in the direct domain and press Save.

PHP version

1. Log in to the client area.
2. Select services.
   
3. Press Active to enter your service.
   Note: SSL provisioning may take up to 24 hours.
   
4. Press PHP Version.
   
5. Select the Pencil.
   
6. Select the PHP value of your choice and hit Save.

Subdomains

1. Log in to the client area.
2. Select services.
   
3. Press Active to enter your service.
   Note: SSL provisioning may take up to 24 hours.
   
4. Press Subdomains.
   
   
   
5. Select Create Subdomain.
   
6. Fill in the desired subdomain and hit Create.

Subdomain edit

1. Log in to the client area.
2. Select services.
   
3. Press Active to enter your service.
   Note: SSL provisioning may take up to 24 hours.
   
4. Press Subdomains.
   
5. Select Edit.
   
6. Enable the toggle, fill in the desired redirect domain, and hit Save.

Unban IP Address

1. Log in to the client area.
2. Select services.
   
3. Press Active to enter your service.
   Note: SSL provisioning may take up to 24 hours.
   
4. Press Unban IP Address.
   
5. The field will auto-populate the current IP you're logged in with and hit Unban.

WordPress manager

This feature is not available in managed WordPress services.  The support team will manage your WordPress installation. 

Addon enhanced email

The included email service is automatically created once your order has been processed successfully and will be listed on your products and services page.  The support guide for hosted email is provided in our knowledge base.
