[Resellers] Suspending/un-suspending a cPanel account in WHM

This guide will cover the process of suspending a cPanel account in WHM.

There are a number of reasons you may want to temporarily or permanently suspend an account.

The process for suspending and un-suspending accounts is the same except for the button to finalize at the end.

1. In WHM type "Manage Account Suspension" into the search box find and click “Manage Account Suspension”.
2. Select either the domain name or the username of the account you wish to manage.
3. Provide a reason for the suspension such as: non-payment, bandwidth overages, ToS violations, or hacked websites click suspend to finalize.

If you are unsuspending you can do the same process, but you do not have to provide a reason and click unsuspend.
