Locating cPanel Server Information

Users can access their cPanel directly without logging into Exact Hosting every time.  You will need your username, password, and the server name to log in.  This information can be shared with a web developer at your discretion.

1. Open the client area, click Account, and then Login.
   
2. Select Services.
   
3. Press Active next to your hosting service.
   
4. Click on Login to cPanel.
   
5. Save the server name and port number from the address bar.
   
6. Copy the login username from the current user field.
   
7. The combined information gathered will grant access to your hosting account. Be sure to replace example.com with your domain name.  You can share this information with a web developer at your discretion.
   Note: It's recommended that this information be stored safely. 

   Login url	servername.exacthosting.com:2083 example.com/cpanel example.com/cpanel
   Login username	The username.
   Login password	Password

Accessing cPanel through a web browser

You can access cPanel with various URLs from any web browser. Access requires the domain name to be connected to your cPanel hosting IP address.
Note: Replace example or servername with your specified information.
