About this transition
Effective January 13, 2026, hosted services previously managed by Performive transitioned to Exact Hosting. Your services continue to run as expected — the changes affect billing, account management, and support contacts.
What stays the same
- No interruption to hosting services.
- No changes to products or pricing.
- Websites, applications, and infrastructure continue operating as usual.
What is new
- Billing and account management have moved to Exact Hosting systems.
- Future service communications come from help@exacthosting.com.
- Account access is managed through a new transition portal.
Important: Payment information does not transfer automatically. Re-enter your credit card details in the transition portal to ensure payments process without interruption.
Exact Hosting website vs. support portal
To avoid confusion, note the difference between our public website and support systems:
- Exacthosting.com — Exact Hosting's public website, where you can learn more about our services.
- Exact Hosting Support Portal — Where you manage your account, billing, and support requests.
Accessing your account
Access your account and billing at https://transition.performive.com using your current Performive account email address.
- Go to https://transition.performive.com.
- Enter your Performive account email address.
- Request a new password the first time you log in.
- Review and update billing and payment details as needed.
Note: If your email does not generate a password reset, reach out to Exact Hosting Support for assistance.

When you log in to the existing Performive billing system, you see the following message:
Effective January 13, 2026, your hosted services have transitioned to Exact Hosting (www.exacthosting.com), a division of Tucows.
Going forward, you will manage your account at https://transition.performive.com.
Exact Hosting will send a follow-up email with details on billing access and account management as your account's billing and service details are migrated.
Please add help@exacthosting.com to your trusted contacts, as future service communications will be sent from this address.
