What’s Changing?
Effective January 13, 2026, hosted services previously managed by Performive have transitioned to Exact Hosting.
What stays the same
- No interruption to hosting services
- No changes to products or pricing
- Websites, applications, and infrastructure continue operating as usual
What’s new
- Billing and account management will move to Exact Hosting systems

- Account access will be managed through a new transition portal

Use your current Performive account email address. You will need to request a new password the first time you log in.
Note: If your email does not generate a password reset, please reach out to support for assistance.

Customers logging into the existing Performive billing system will see the following message:
Effective January 13, 2026, your hosted services have transitioned to Exact Hosting (www.exacthosting.com), a division of Tucows.
Going forward, you will manage your account at:
https://transition.performive.comExact Hosting will send a follow-up email soon with details on billing access and account management as your account’s billing and service details are migrated.
Please add help@exacthosting.com to your trusted contacts, as future service communications will be sent from this address.

Customer Email Notification
Customers will also receive a formal email notification from Performive confirming the transition. This email outlines service continuity, pricing assurance, billing migration, and Exact Hosting contact details.
Billing & Payments
What to Expect
- Billing accounts will be migrated to Exact Hosting over the coming weeks
- Invoices will begin coming from Exact Hosting
- Credit card statements will show charges from “EXACTHOSTING”
Managing Billing Information

- Request a new password if logging in for the first time
- Review and update billing and payment details as needed
