Troubleshooting Common Causes of Website Loading Issues

There are several potential reasons why a website may not be loading. Some common issues include a problem with the internet connection, a problem with the website's server, or a problem with the website's code.

DNS Issues

Ensure correct nameservers and DNS settings, allow time for changes, and use whatsmydns.net to check propagation status. It may take up to 48 hours. Clear the DNS cache on your computer if needed.

Your Web Browser Cache

If the current version of the site won't load, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies to resolve the issue. Your web browser can store information for sites you've visited to load them faster for future visits, but this may cause it to not load recent changes.

Please be aware clearing DNS cache can slow browsing and expose outdated info. Only do it when necessary and take precautions. An alternative is opening the URL in incognito on your browser.

Addons

Disable any installed plugins, extensions, or custom themes to see if that resolves the issue, as they might be impacting loading.

IP blocked

It's possible that our servers' firewalls blocked your IP address due to too many invalid password attempts or other unusual activity from your local network. You can unblock yourself from within your Exact Hosting account.

Service Suspensions

If your server has been compromised, your service may be suspended to prevent further risk to your hosting account. If you see that your service has been suspended please contact support

Another thing to consider is that there appears to be a missing payment that caused the service to be suspended.
